Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tasklio you agree to these terms. If you are using Tasklio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use Tasklio only as described in these terms and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Customer data

You retain ownership of customer data you submit to Tasklio. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the service in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy.

Service changes and availability

We may add, change, or remove features. We will use reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes. Service availability is governed by the SLA in your agreement, where applicable.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the order form executed between you and Tasklio. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Intellectual property

Tasklio and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the service consistent with these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" except as expressly warranted in your agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in your agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the order form. We may suspend access for material breach.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws specified in your agreement. Disputes will be resolved as set forth in your agreement.
